Our shiva basket has been designed to be appropriate for a shiva
house - soothing colors and all kosher products. We include
cookies, teas, dried fruits and nuts, crackers and assorted other
comfort foods. As pictured $60, starts at $35.
Delivery:
We recommend delivering to Funeral Homes and Houses of Worship only
if the delivery can be made the day prior to the service.
Otherwise we recommend delivery to the home.
About Shiva:
Shiva is the period of
mourning for a Jewish family. For an observant family, it
generally lasts 7 days (there are exceptions). It is traditional
to send food to the shiva house to care for the mourners. No
flowers, music or candles should be included in this package.
